Suffering Begins When We Lose Connection
So many of us learn to survive by putting our needs aside, and over time, that can leave us feeling lost, lonely, or unsure of who we really are. Much of our suffering begins when we lose connection—with our bodies, our emotions, and our sense of inner safety. When we lose that connection, it can ripple through our lives—showing up as anxiety, sadness, anger, tension in our relationships and bodies, exhaustion, or lack of motivation.
Many of my clients struggle with dysregulation, dissociation, perfectionism, or a harsh inner critic, often feeling stuck in cycles of disconnection or self-doubt. I support individuals who feel stuck in painful cycles of self-abandonment, emotional neglect, or perfectionism—people who long to feel safe in their own skin again.
What You Can Expect
My work centers on helping clients rebuild a sense of self-safety, self-trust, and connection after experiences of trauma, grief, loss, or invalidation. Together, you will explore how your brain and body have learned to protect you—how patterns of safety, control, and connection are wired into your individual nervous system.
As you gently unpack these patterns, you will learn simple, practical ways to regulate your body, nurture self-compassion, set healthy boundaries, and build a deeper sense of safety and balance from within.
In session you can experience talking, assessments, sensory needs and exploration, somatic and polyvagal movements, mindfulness, art and music, snacks and water, worksheets, psychoeducation, art, play…
Healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering that you’re already whole. My goal is to help you feel grounded, connected, and free to live a life that truly feels like yours.
